At Ningbo Liyyou Group Co,. The Challenge

Our Turkish client, a prominent player in the vacuum cleaner market, was on a tight schedule during a business trip to Shanghai.  Given the limited time available, the client requested a meeting at their hotel to discuss potential collaboration and review our product samples.  This posed a logistical challenge, as our headquarters is located in Ningbo, approximately three hours away from Shanghai.


Our Response

Understanding the importance of this meeting and the client's tight schedule, we immediately arranged for a team to travel from Ningbo to Shanghai.  Despite the long journey, our team arrived at the client's hotel on time, bringing with them six vacuum cleaner samples that the client was eager to evaluate.

The two-hour meeting was highly productive.  Our team presented the samples, answered all questions, and discussed potential collaboration opportunities in detail.  The client's feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and they expressed their admiration for our dedication and professionalism.

The successful meeting not only showcased our high-quality products but also demonstrated our commitment to customer service and flexibility.  The client was highly impressed with our willingness to accommodate their schedule and our proactive approach to meeting their needs.  As a result, they expressed a strong interest in future collaboration with our company.
